Rhonda  Carlson

President & CEO

Rhonda was hired in June of 2022 to support the Chamber as its new President & CEO. She has spent over 15 years in operational, account management, and development roles within the nonprofit industry, most recently serving as Executive Director for Arizona Disabled Sports. Rhonda holds a bachelor's degree in English from The Ohio State University and a Master's Degree in Public Administration with a focus in nonprofit management from Cleveland State University. As a collaborator and public servant at heart, she looks forward to building resources and opportunities that will best serve the Peoria and West Valley business community. Rhonda moved to Arizona from Cleveland, Ohio in June of 2018 and as a Peoria resident values the opportunity to serve her community as CEO of the Chamber. Rhonda enjoys attending concerts, playing sports with her boys, and enjoying the many outdoor activities that Arizona has to offer!

Jason Bressler

Business Development Specialist


We are excited to announce that Jason Bressler has joined our Chamber Team as our new Business Development Specialist. Jason is a dedicated advocate for business and strong supporter of various community needs, including areas that support Veterans, Children and Animals. He is often seen throughout the community helping businesses make connections that will help in their growth. Please join us in welcoming him to the team.

Amelia Cooney

Administrative Assistant


Amelia joined our Peoria Chamber team in July of 2024 and primarily provides supports in our Member Services department. She is a recent graduate of Sunrise Mountain High School and plans to pursue a career in occupational therapy. The daughter of a Marine and herself serving in the US Naval Sea Cadet Corps for 8 years, she looks forward to specifically working with veterans as an OT.
